Nature of services
VKTRY Labs is a creative visual arts studio providing artistic imagery, animation and visualization for aerospace, space and science. We do not design, manufacture, launch or operate aircraft, spacecraft or scientific instruments.
Use of the website
You may view and share links to this website for personal or business purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape or distribute its content, or use it to train machine-learning models, without prior written permission.
Artistic content
All images, renders and animations on this website are artistic representations. They may be stylized or simplified and must not be relied upon as technical, engineering, scientific or mission data.
Quotes and engagements
Any pricing, timeline or scope discussed through this website is an invitation to discuss a project, not a binding offer. Work is performed only under a written agreement signed by both parties.
Payment
Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, invoiced amounts are due within 30 days. Deposits are non-refundable once production has started. Late payments may pause work and delivery.
Intellectual property
Website content is owned by VKTRY Labs or its clients. Ownership and usage rights of commissioned work are defined in the signed agreement for that project. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Confidentiality
Materials clients share with us are treated as confidential and used only to deliver the agreed work, unless the client states otherwise in writing.
Disclaimer and liability
The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VKTRY Labs is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, this website or its content. See also our Legal Disclaimer.
Termination
